Just happened upon a pic of a B5 blue Valiant 4 door that's super clean .
The thing that stood out to me in particular was its deluxe door panels , the ones which were typically only seen in Dusters ( mostly 340's ) .

I'm going to attempt to post a pic of it here ; hope it shows up alright ...

Anyone else ever see one of these before ?

No, I haven't; definitely not in a Valiant. I have seen a Valiant Brougham with less than spartan door panels, but that's a different thing. My 73 is a Dart Custom and had the same treatment as the Valiant you have pictured.

Seeing how the car has a lot of options on it, I checked the Govier book to see how it was done. Everything I see, except the A/C, is part of the A07 - Automatic Transmission Package. What all of the trim has to do with the A/T is beyond my understanding. The salesman got off easy by checking only one box instead of 12 and the customer got a well equipped A-body.

i got those same panels off of a valiant custom by me. i was going to recover them, but might be inclined to sell

any other pics

looks like it might be Mike & Lori's car

B5 Blue, black vinyl top, sometime set of cragers

one of the nicest 4 doors you will see

I got pictures of it somewhere
