Just spent about half an hour on the phone with Dick from Firm Feel, wearing him out with questions. Asked him about parts i have, parts i need, screw ups i have made! He was very patient, extremely helpful, and more than forgiving. After our conversation, I felt I needed to buy something for his time and to support his business. The only thing is I need to tie up loose ends 1st. No sense buying parts that are gonna sit on a shelf for another year. So i tried to buy the balljoint to replace the one i Put in real safe keeping. He talked me out of it, said it was better to save the shipping costs and buy it local! For a long time I had myself talked into Hotchkis suspension parts... Well after all of my dealings with Dick at FF, you had better believe, I will be buying all of my hard parts from Firm Feel!
