1972 Dart 318 is getting a new Edelbrock 1406 carb and performer intake. I am keeing the stock look and dont want to remove the vapor canister using some rigged up hose or filter at the gas tank. Can I use the timed port, tee the pvc or the booster port to put this back to stock? Or am I going to have to buy another type of carb? Help please.

The charcoal canister does not attach to a vacuum outlet. It attaches to a float bowl vent. I am not familiar enough with the Edeljunk to know if it has a float bowl vent the proper size.

In the instructions, there should be a diagram and a plastic T fitting in the p[arts bag to splice in the canister hose into the other large hose that would run to the back of the carb.

Carter instructions/parts had this.
