That is not a new idea, bad as it may be. Someone built one of those years and years ago, in one of the mechanics magazines. I've forgotten, late 50's, early 60's?? Between my Gramps and my Dad, we had mechanics mags from the 30's to the current (at the time) I was born in 48, and spent a LOT of my years from about 10 on reading them. Took me a long time to figure out how full of crap some of those mags really are.

(According to them, by now we should be able to walk out into our driveway, and fire up our own light plane to fly to work. They would be GIVING us Atomic sourced electric power, and I don't know what all.)

I saw an episode on this. In the show there was video where the bearings locked up or something and the guy went for the ride of his life! The crash in this video looked pretty bad, looks like it started out as a wheel wobble?
Pretty cool design though.
