I just talked to Ididit and they are finished with a tilt column for 70 - 76 A bodies. I have a 69 Dart and am not sure if there are any other differences than the ignition in column on 70 and later? They told me they could do a key delete if everything else will work?

Thanks

Ignition key on the column is the biggest. I have installed a 71 column in a 67 A body just to get it running. You will have to rewire the turn signal switch to as I think the connectors are different. I may be wrong on that though.

I don't know if the turn signal connectors are same or not. Are these "plug and play" or do you have to change them, anyway? Also I believe they moved the 4X hazard flasher switch into the column in 70 Before that it was a separate switch on the dash. This may not be a problem.

Yes they include connector to make it plug and play from GM connector on Iditit column.

The plugs are different. The 69 and older use a bilky plug and the 70-up use a thin plug. The floor mount is the same but the plugs are different and the 70-up have the key in the column. The 69 and older have it in the dash

i think the '70 and later column diameter was increased to accommodate the wiring and ignition and the steering wheel bases are a wider diameter too.
