different clutch fork for chucksclassic/wildwood hydraulic clutch kit?

i am having problems with a too hard of a clutch pedal.

i know everything is hooked up right. nothing is binding.

i heard someone say that a different fork and clutch fork pivot are needed?

is there a reason for this? whats the difference in the clutch forks?
