Very recent to this site. Just purchased a survivor 64 dart 270 convertible.
Everything is original - paint, interior, top, drivetrain. It is a 273 / four speed. The car has no rust, but needs painting. The top is pretty rare - it's medium blue. It has a small tear and should be replaced. I've never seen another one like it - the underside is off white, as is the convertible top frame. This is all factory. If I replace it, I can't find the same color combination. Would I be stupid to restore the car, or is it best left as is - totally original? I am also debating moving to 14 inch rims. The car has its original rims and hubcaps. Any suggestions? thanks Dave

Build it as you like it/want it and screw'em all who cry foul. It is YOUR car and your wants rule! So, the question is, what do you want out of your car?

Welcome goodbread. I`m in accord with rumble, it`s your hand and you should play it as you like. You should find lots of info here to help you along the way!
