I you have drum now, you'll need a disc brake master cyl. and proportioning valve. If your setup is the 9" drums you'll also need a dust cap, nut, and washer for the bearings on that one side. If you have 10" drum brakes, you can use the ones off yours. Have him check the condition of the lower ball joints. If they're no good, you'll need new disc brake ones or you can drill out your drum type to fit the disc spindles. You won't need to change your upper control arms but I'd replace the bushings and ball joints while you're at it unless they've just been done.
