Distributer to head problem

Have a set of Edelbrock heads having a problem with distributer fitting. Distributer is rubbing against corner of head . Its not off buy much . How much can I shave off corner with out compromising the head. I know others have had to do this just want to make sure.

Personally, I'd be grinding a bit off the distributor

Thought about that also , maybe take a little off both.

you could take 1/8" off the head.
