Looks like body in white isn't street legal so guessing no VIN. So it wouldn't work for someone that would want to drive their race car to the track (like me).

Wonder if you could re-body a wrecked car with that and make it street legal.

You can't just rivet a Vin plate from a clapped out dart sport on it and call it good?
