DMT windshield clips

I purchased the 68 Dart windshield clip set from DMT. I see the 4 black clips are shorter than the 19 green clips. Do the black clips go in a certain location?

The short clips go along the bottom of the windshield.

I see that the spaces for the two end clips on the bottom are smaller than the top and sides.
