even when living in montana...high plaines desert.....most of my compleat builds..got encapsulated..inside/out..start with vaper blasting , coat the entire inside and trunk area with corroseal...epoxy entire rig in and out...sealer.....paint single stage....then all wheel wells and under body get upol raptor...inside of trunk if you like as well....for montana this was over kill.....but for living 10 miles from the gulf of America.....the salt air does not tuch any of the ol detroit metal....when i sold the 41 ply custom coupe...the gent asked me...what coatings where on the car....i told him...with in 2 hr the down payment was in my bk acc.......oh...i brush corroseal on the back of the bumpers as well...just have not found anything better then wax for bumper face...and does not last long..............what do you put on your steel chrome to keep it rust free????......now..all this is what i do.....and its only my 1.5 cents on the matter!!!
