Do you have a 69 Barracuda Convertible? I need a measurement please!

If someone would be so kind, I'd really appreciate the help.
If you have a 1969 Barracuda Convertible, complete car w/ engine and tires aired up I could use two measurements please.

From the ground to the center of the wheel
(or from ground to top of tire)

From the ground to the bottom of the frame rail
(nearest center of the wheel well, not including any brackets welded to bottom of rail)

Thanks so much in advance, we have another but the engine is out.
 
Ground to the center of the wheel is determined by the tire size. The ride height is adjustable, but the factory uses a funky way to measure it (the difference between the height of the two ends of the lower control arm to the floor - simplified explanation). I measure it differently by using the distance from the top of the lower control arm to the frame rail.

Or are you trying to figure something else out?
