does locktite go bad?

It could be that the female threads in the aluminum intake are worn oversize . No amount of Loctite will cure the problem . I ALWAYS use neva-sieze when going into alloy .
 
Well, they came loose after 2 or 3 heat cycles again so now I have studs in there (installed them with red loctite from a new tube) and nylocks on them
So far so good

You can always put Heli-Coils in them. Probably should have been in there from day one.
