Did the Plymouth Division caps sell?
No, they are still for sale. The only caps that are sold are the police caps.
The year does not matter, as long as the outside diameter of the nubs (where the caps attach) is 8-3/4" or very close to it. All of the caps listed in this ad are 8-3/4" ID. The larger size caps are 9-3/4" ID. A very noticable difference.
