Dog Dish hubcaps

Hi Guys, i am in Sydney australia and im wondering if there is a Difference in the redline dog dish hubcaps found on the GTS dart, did these come out on a later dodge also but with a different fit... my front rims have 3 lugs which the Dog Dish sits on as normal, my rear wheels are 4 lug which doesnt suit the dog dish... is there early and late model dog dish??

are these a 4.5in bolt pattern, check the diameter of the outside lugs maybe it's a ford rim on the rear?
