Donor Cuda Hood Insert Needed

Does anyone have an old beater hood insert laying around from a 67-68 Barracuda??? It's going to be used for a powder coating experiment. It may turn out hideous or beautiful (it's that evil pot metal again). If turns out that the results are satisfactory, it will be returned totally restored to the person who donates it.

Believe me, if I'm successful in this undertaking, I'll let you all know in a separate post!!!!!!!!

I've got a spare 68 with the 2 allen heads simulated that you can keep.

Thanks Red! That would be terrific! The shipping address is on my website (Contact Us section), and it's a formal business address so it's a bit cheaper than shipping to a residence. I'll be ordering a couple argent silver powders in the next week to ten days and am anxious to get started.

Even though you said I could keep it, it WILL be returned to you if the experiment works out and I'm able to do something with it.

it is the style that has raised ribs on it.

OK that is a 67 type. The one I have is 68.
