Don't see this everyday

Ha ha you are probably right on the island off China! It is sad that finding some brake pads made in the US is such an oddity that I has to make a post! Hate to admit these are going on my wife's Toyota that was made in Japan, guess I am a factor in the loss of US manufacturing industry.

Yes, I was surprised when we bought it several years ago that was made in Japan, because I knew most of them are made here.

I just got a muffler for my Dakota that was made in USA. It was a Walker SoundFX. I would really like to see more of this. tmm

Made in the USA, probably used foreign parts to build it here! You have to read inside the lines LOL!!

After five failed power lock solenoids on mine and my mom's Dakotas, I was surprised to find the latest replacement was "made in USA".

This time instead of the electrical solenoid failure, the internal mechanism for the outer door handle failed.....in less than six months.

The box was made in USA.

Exactly, I bought Moog ball joints for my Ford. The box said, "Made in the USA", if you studied the outside of the ball joints really close, they were stamped, "Made in China". Should be false advertising, but they do it.

Hope you are not expecting better quality than something made over there....
