Yup, just knock out the pin and flip it over if you need to change sides. I can probably come up with a decent pair if you can't find anything closer.

Front doors any A-body 67-76 left and right the same.

NO NO NO they are not all the same. 73 is 1 year only 74 to 76 is different yet with an entirely different window regulator. Door glass follows the same pattern 73 1 year only Etc. I know they appear the same but unless you've done it you wouldn't know

Just to clear things up. All 67-76 A-body front hinges, whether 2 door or four door and 67-70 B-body front hinges will interchange. There is only one hinge made.
It is flipped over when installed on the other side.
And only the direction of the pivot pin indicates which side it was installed on.
But the pin can be removed and installed the other direction if you are concerned with that.
Top of the pin indicates the top of the hinge when installed.
And there are pickups and vans with lower hinges that will also work. Sometimes they require modification of the top hole in the body side of the hinge.
