Door Hinges and Striker Post ?s

Can I use the door hinges (driver side upper & lower) from a 4-door car on a 2-door car?

Can I use the striker post and retaining plate (behind the jamb) from a 4-door car on a 2-door car?

Any input/wisdom is always appreciated!

The post should be the same. I would think the hinges are but not sure on those.

Do you have the 4 door part? I have the striker area & complete section off a 74 duster-- I can post a picture so you can compare it to the 4 door parts-- I don't think they are the same-- since the 4 door has a post between the doors & a 2 door has a frame wrapped in sheet metal, Lawrence
