In my nostalgia Pro Stock build, I'm working on shedding as much weight as possible while still preserving the car’s original look. One area I've been focusing on is the door latch and how it operates.
Right now, I need help identifying which parts of the mechanism engage the latch versus the lock. Once I have a clear understanding of where the rods connect and what they control, I'll disassemble a latch to see if it's possible to remove the lock mechanism altogether.
