Door Sill Plates

It's been so long since I pulled the carpet out of my '64 Dart 'vert that I've forgotten if there were any sill plates to secure the outer edges of the carpet.

I can't find any in my parts stash but then I can hardly find ANYTHING in there.

I found some for '67 up darts in a restoration parts catalog, but nothing for EARLY A bodies.

Maybe the better question is: How do I anchor the outer edges of the carpet in my 64ragtop???

well i just sold my 63's but pretty sure they were there

Yes, there is a one piece, aluminum carpet hold down. A few weeks ago I finally received the new ones for my Valiant that I ordered from Laysons last spring. Not cheap, but very nice.

I just got mine from Layson too. You're right, not cheap but very nice.
