Got replacement glass for my door yesterday (from a great FABO member),do you have to remove the entire assembly(meaning the wing window section) to get the door glass in ? If not how is the rubber seal at the top front removed? I see a phillips head screw but it did not budge with normal strength.

You don't mention which year you're dealing with, but this link may be helpful. Post #63 gives you the sequence to remove the glass.

My 67 dart had some black rtv like sealant between it and the outer door frame after it was cut / pulled away from the metal door skin the vent window frame came out easy.
There is a seal and plastic slides on the leading edge of the glass. If yours are in good shape reuse, the replacements work but are crappy.

I never remember to give year etc. It is a 72 dart. After fabo help and u-tube the whole assy. has to come out to replace glass.
