Driver door similarity '63 vert and hardtop

Would someone be able to verify for me if a drivers door for a '63 Valiant convertible is a match for a Valiant 2-door hardtop?

The door sheet metal is the same but the chrome frame for the vent window is a bit different on the convertible.
