I think I have one but need to look through some totes. It might be a bucket hinge cove. Here's a pic of it. If it's not the righ one, I'm sure several other people will have it.

Not overly familiar with them. I didn't notice a Y slot. Thought it was just cracked/missing plastic). ;)

GTXperience--- See if the inside of the cover has a highlighted area that can be cut out with a Dremel tool....... Those hinge covers are 75-76 only, I think, and not very easy to find. I had a set of the covers like yours sent to me, and they had the outline for the seat back release lever on the inside...... Cut mine out and they look and work just fine!!!
