Drum spindle torque spec

I have nine inch drums and referring to the 4 bolts that hold the drum spindle on, does anyone have an idea of what the torque spec is for them?

My 63 service manual say 100 ft lbs for the lower ball joint bolts I would assume that the spindle to backing plate bolts ( upper ) would be the same if the bolts were the same diameter.
