drum to disc conversion will the front track width change ?

As stated on 70 dart with 10" brakes converted to kelsey Hayes disc will the track width increase 3/8 to 1/2 each side ??

Done plenty of drum to disc conversions but never actually measured if it changed the track width.
Even if it did it wouldn't be a problem since the front track width should be wider than the rear anyway.

Only if you would go to 73 on up big bolt patten disc brakes

I think it is like an 1 1/2 wider on each side, so three total? Here is my before and after pics, but I also changed wheel backspace...

since your keeping small pattern front track width will stay the same,you do have to change the lower ball joints,and that throws your allignment off though.
