1970 slant six Duster currently 9" drums with 14" wheels. What year and model can i find some front disc to swap over to without having to change a lot? Would like to keep lower upper arms and ball joints, spindle??

Without changing the spindles you will have to go aftermarket like A.R.T., Wildwood, Aerospace, etc.

Most any A-body from 1973-1976 has disc brakes. You will need the upper control arms, the spindles, rotors, caliper brackets, calipers...etc.

I converted and I only had to replace the stub axle...all else stayed the however, the bolt is LBP.

If your ball joints and UCA bushings are good, best to stay with your existing spindle and UCA and use the low-cost Scarebird kit. If you change to 73+, you need new wheels and will have to carry 2 spare tires, unless you also change the whole rear-end. If you want high-end aluminum calipers, I vaguely recall that Wilwood or such has a kit for 9" drum spindles, but >$700.
