duration at .004 to duration at .006 coversion

any one know how to convert advertised cam duration at .004 to .006?

Because the few thousanths of lift is the take up ramp, and different grinders use different designs, I don't think you'll find that accurrate. That'swhy the published numbers don't start at zero lift. However, I am pretty sure that if you have a cam whose specs start at .004" lift, the take up ramp will have been past at that point. If you have one that starts .002 later, they used the other .002" for the ramp too.

The differance is negligable. That's why comparing them at .050 is a much better comparison.
