Hey Mopar Guys,

I'm installing an aftermarket radio in my duster which came with an Am 1 speaker deal.

Does anyone know how to wire a single center speaker into a newer radio?
The radio has leads for front L+R speakers and L+R rear speakers

Can I run both positives to one side and a negative to the other?

Also, can I wire into the original harness as well?

The radio has a hot to the battery, a fuse link to fuse box, and a black ground.
The wiring radio plug has three wires coming in. A black single and a doulble with a yellow and black. Oddly enough the wire coming off the radio fuse in red with a white tracer.

Any help would be great.

You will be so much happier with the sound if you run a dual voice coil speaker. They have the hook up for both channels on the back & give you the stereo sound you're looking for. Much better midrange & bass response than dual 3.5" speaker setups.

If you do decide to bridge the channels to the single voice coil just make sure the speaker can handle the Bridged Mono power output. It wont be ideal but it should work.
