Did any Dusters ever come with vinyl flooring? Is there any available?

Yes, I am. I bought it for 72 Dart, but I can't find it for a Duster.

Try contacting ACC directly. This is where I got my vinyl floor from for my Duster. It was probably 20 years ago but I can't imagine them not being able to make you one.

I quite frankly have never understood carpet in almost any car that gets used regularly.

It looks and feels better for one. Also, vinyl floors trap moisture and promote rust-out much quicker than carpet does.

Yep, this. You're lucky as hell to find a vinyl floor car that doesn't have the floor rusted out.
