No, not even close. The Duster hood is too wide. 
The E-body Cuda hood is 52.25" wide at the windshield, the Duster hood is 59" wide at the cowl. That's the other issue, the E body's don't have an exposed cowl, the hood covers it.

Maybe a 69 Cuda would. On second thought, not the 72 Duster, but the 73s on up.
Not the Dusters. A Dart Sport hood fits the A body Barracuda's, or vice versa. The 73+ Dusters don't have a header panel.
