I'm sure it would but it has the "ball and trunion" tail shaft where your driveshaft bolts on, it doesn't slip in like 66-up years. You would have to modify your driveshaft, probably get 65-older one, you would probably want to run the larger aluminum 10.5 bell housing too.
 

Get a truck splined driveshaft and a MP kit for that flange. Itll work.
