There are a few versions of that horn button. For instance, the '64 version says "Golden Anniversary" on it. There is a large diameter one too, but, I can't remember which year wheel it came on.
I don't know what year it came off and the silver paint on the backside edge has flaked off. I can take a measurement if you want since cudamark noted there were different diameters. The o-ring has stress cracking form age.
