The pictures look like a restorable car to me. Lots of ways to title a salvage vehicle, even ways to clean it...
 
If your interested, call the guy. He may have a tittle but is listing it as a salvage only because it is a lot cheaper to list and sell on Ebay that way.
 
I am tempted as it look cleaner than my 67. I doubt you will get it for $1200 even as is. I sent seller email about if he had a title and this is his answer. Dear rebeccahaley,

heck no i dont have a title in flordia you can get a bonded title...i just checked on line...if i already had a title i would ask $5,000

Guy sounds like an a-hole lol. For all u know it could be a stolen car that was stripped. i wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.
