I wish he wouldve taken a pic of the fender tag and pics of the rest of car.it looks far from 95% restored.

I think you just hit the nail on the head.
There's a bottle on the ground which looks like a bleach container and my first thought was he was using it to clean the car but now I think he was inhaling it before he wrote the ad.

That's purple? looks more like red/magenta....but hey, if you're the proud new owner you get to be the one to drive it anothe mile and make it an even million!
