Having trouble finding this cannister availible. Anyone know of one that works around 8" of vacuum for stock 440 RB dizzy ?

I am not familiar with 440's but I know small blocks are marked on the canister arm. 340's are marked 8.5 and 318's are marked 11.0. I have many big block distributors and also some in motors from the recent trips to the farm. Some are HP motors I can look to see if there is a difference in numbers. Using a digital vacuum pump is how we test power valves. I would believe you can do the same with a distributor can. Most are adjustable with a small allen wrench going through the vacuum tube on the canister. Check yours. Try different sizes and see if one fits.

It's my understanding most Vac cans don't work at lower vacuum. I have had mine blocked off due to detonation issues but ready to go thru my dizzzy and want it for better miliege .

Everything I am finding says that 1810 is a Chevy number.
