This is a model 1406 with manual choke. The carb came with my car but I have no use for it. It is used and appears to be in good condition; clean and all linkage and components move freely as they should.

I would like $110 for it. USPS flat rate shipping to the lower 48 is included in that price. If you are outside of that area please PM me and we can look into pricing. I WILL ship international no problem.

Located in South Florida (zip 33186).
I prefer PayPal but can accept a Money Order.

Thank you for looking.

Thanks again.

just wondering why the box says 1406, and the carb says 1405 ? I know there both 600 cfm, I belive one is electric choke, and one in manual choke

Apologies for the late response and not responding to the PMs. Seems the FABO server might have had the emails held in its outbound queue 'cause I just received a bunch of notifications all at once this morning.

I have a pending local buyer for the carb. If this person backs out I will update this post.

thank you

Not 100% certain but I believe it is the difference between manual/electric choke as you suggest.

1405 is manual choke and is 2% richer than the 1406 electric choke. Weird, just learned that off Edelbrock page: "..The Edelbrock 1405 is performance calibrated to run 2% richer than the Edelbrock 1406 . The Edelbrock 1405 carburetor is ideal for street use on some big block and the majority of small block engines..."

Sorry. It sold quiet a while back to a guy around the corner from me. Thanks for the interest though.
