Edelbrock carb numbers meaning?

I have 2 edelbrock 1405 carbs one with the second numbers being 1610 and the other is 0832 what does the second numbers signify?

Julian date code. The first one appears to be made on the 161st day of 2000, 2010 or 2020. The second carb appears to be made on the 83rd day of 2002, 2012 or 2022.

Are the screws on the top the the air horn torx or straight bladed? 2001 and older has straight bladed screws.

Edelbrock switch their 4 digit format around 2007. Prior to 2007 the first 3 digits are the day of the year with the last digit being the year. After 2007 the first digit was the year with the last three being the day of that year it was made.
