Edelbrock LD4B intake manifold

Can anyone tell me if the Edelbrock LD4B intake manifold will fit on the early 273. I have a 1965 Barracuda with a 273 and want to change the 2 brl. manifold for a 4 brl. Will the LD4B work without modifications or do I need the D4B?

Not without modification. The bolts are smaller for the earlier heads and at a different angle.

Or you can change the heads to 66 or later LA heads and run the LD4B...

Bkne, i used a performer intake, but i also have "302" swirl ports heads, the block is a 66 273, bolted up perfect, and runs like a ape!
