Edelbrock RPM Heads Refresh my OLD memory

-
Been awhile but the RPM heads are all blind holes,no water. The end holes on OE heads went to the water.

That is what I thought, but the older I get, the more brain cells I lose.

I had to change the mini starter and when I put the car up on the lift this AM, I saw a drop of water down near the collector flange on the header.

The first thing I thought of was a header bolt leaking and could not remember if all the holes were blind.

I have now found my leak.

I have radiator drain petcocks installed in the drain holes on the block.

The petcock had gotten bumped during reassembly and was seeping.

Tightened it down and all is well.

Thanks for the reply,

Herb

All the holes on OEM big block heads go to water. Only the end holes on small block heads go to water.
