Electric washer fluid pump?

I had a 1973 Dart Sport, it had a foot operated push bulb on the floor that would operate the washer fluid. I sold that last year and now I have a 1972 Duster with an electric washer fluid pump but i can seem to figure out how to operate it, I think the motor is burnt out and thats why nothing is I try working. Does anyone know what switch operates this?

Electric washer pumps operate by pushing in the knob on the wiper speed switch in the dash. Are you trying to put the '72 Duster electric pump into the '73 Dart Sport?

If you stick a test light in the connector, and ground the clip to the (-) terminal of the battery, then push the wiper switch..if it lights, the motor is bad, or the ground is bad..They can be picked up at most parts stores.
