Electronic Slant Six Distributor

I need one for the electronic ignition conversion on my newly aquired '64 Valiant Wagon

Got one in a '73 engine in the garage. The engine had 53,000 miles on it and was running when pulled out of a Duster for a 440 swap. Would that work?

I also have a distributor from a '73 Slant. Car was original electronic ignition. Engine was pulled due to broken connecting rod, but would still run even with the knock. Located in Colton, CA 92324. $35 with cap and plug wires + shipping.

Here's pics. Remember it's been in a slant for 36 years. Judging by the paint goober the cap hasn't been off since the engine was painted in '73.

Say 73duster47, how much to include the other conversion parts (the box and the wiring with that funny shaped plug) in addition to the dist. Is that it, or are there more parts needed to convert it?
