Emblem re-installation?

The "DODGE" emblem fell off my 72 demon last week while I was watching it and I was wondering what type of adhesive/tape I should use to reinstall it.

Thoughts?

I used black silicone on my penta star works fine.

part stores have 2 side adhesive trim tape that will work for that. Trimming it with hobby knife to match the badge takes some time.

Painters supply makes 3M emblem adhesive I have used in the past and was very happy with it, doesn't run to much and dry's quickly.
