emergency cable not lining up

has anyone had this issue. I have a 1968 Dart and it seems as one of the cables are too long or one is too short. I have confirmed the part numbers and measured the cables. When I hook all the cables up,the equalizer is on an Angle. Can anyone help

If they are of a length where you can hook everything together and "it works" the angle doesn't matter. That's why it's called an equalizer
