Put a crappie exhaust on with all kinds of holes,thas how my old 318 passed!Lol !Wisconsin doesn't test anything older than 96 now. It's great.

this is just our government trying to get our beloved old cars off the road. California has always been a car culture, and the old car lobby is strong. That is why the smog laws are reasonable here, as far as im concerned at least! MT
