Yes, some water systems that use softening with lime and soda ash use hydrofluoric acid to fluoridate as it helps sequester any excess magnesium and calcium that may sneak by.

Looks good how long did that take and did it have paint and rust on it?

Was covered in rust from sitting around under a bench for years. No grease on it. Took me a couple of days from start to finish.
