Can anyone recommend engine mounts for 340 stroker engine
with 502 hp 580 ft lbs torque

They make poly mounts for the older sandwich style mounts with built-in stops as well as poly mounts for the newer......the ones that are round - '73 & newer mounts. (Can't think due to lack of sleep) Mancini may carry both. But either way, I'd suggest a torque strap mounted to the frame rail as well.

i run solid mounts from mancini, they are not as uncomfortable as you'd imagine (minimal additional vibration/noise etc), won't ever break or need replacing.

Solid mounts and be done with it. That's what I have on my car, no problems.
