Engine painting colors...thoughts?

So here's what I have in my head. Shoot me in the face if this seems ridiculous at all.

My first thought was painting the block this color, it's like a teal or something:

If that's too much blue/green, maybe just stick with Hemi orange...then a black powder coated exhaust manifold, purple plug wires, black cast aluminum valve covers and an air cleaner with the old 360 four barrel orange ID plate.

Thoughts? Hopefully that's not too difficult to envision..the other colors/pieces would remain the same I think whether I go with a teal or Hemi orange block.

I like your color. I would personally choose something thats not dark, like yours. Its a good color.

I think that colour looks awesome! If you like it, thats all that matters because its your car and your opinion is the only one that counts.
