I finally got a slantie for my 68 fish vert. I also picked up an engine stand. I can't figure out where the 4 points of the stand bolt into the engine. Any help or pix?
Thanks

it bolts to the back of the engine using the same bolt holes that the bell housing or trans bolt to

If you plan on pulling the crank, remove the flex plate/flywheel first. I use the two lower through holes in the block down by the oil pan rail.....one on each side....for the lower part of the adapter, and the two thread-in bolt holes at the top of the block for the other anchor points. I offset the center of the adapter as high as I can get it to keep the weight centered as much as possible for rotating the assembly around without it flopping. You'll probably have to find some longer bolts than what you have in the car. Just get some good quality ones (I.E. grade 8, and washers too) as you don't want those babies breaking on you!

Thanks for the replies. I can now go see what kind of damage I can do.
